I, like many others, was very heavily disappointed with the Stranger Things ending. Actually, in my most humblest opinion, the whole fifth season was such a bust, not just the finale episode. For this reason, I've genuinely contemplated rewriting the whole show as a sort of personal project but I don't want to get into any sort of like copyright problems. In a way it would just be fanfiction, yes? So I should be allowed to do it.. GAH I DON'T KNOW! :'(
I have a set idea of how every season would go and, unlike the Duffer brothers, I don't fear important characters' deaths. The plot armour of this show stressed me out like no other. Do not even get me started on the inconsistent character writing itself; how so many characters got reduced to one of their personality traits and lost all sense of individuality.
Anyways that's all I have to share! What an awesome first blog, right guys?

its actually driving my writer brain crazy because how do you have so many plot holes in one season? I love the characters with all my heart but there were no stakes primarily in volume two

seriously!! finally i found a post talking about this. don't worry i feel the same thing too. completely sidelining main plot lines and forgetting the people who have been carrying it since season 1?? i was such a huge huge fan, and after season4 finale, this just felt like such a disappointment. not to mention the chatgpt tabs in duffer's script writing documentary or wtv, ai is not only ruining lives but legit well written tv shows like this as well. i was so sad to see this happening :((
Exactly! It's so sad to see "writers" fall down the path of AI. This whole season shifted focus and never returned to the main four and it's just so annoying to see. For how long we waited between seasons, this result was so buns! >:[
