STOP THINKING LOW OF URSELF

why tf the first things I see when I enter the "Romance and relationships" category I see things like "I'm a loser" "I'm stupid" "I'm so UGLY"

why....JUST WHY

1- if u r going through a break up ITS OK. Its normal to feel this way after any break up. u will feel guilty like u didn't deserve that person. everyone go through this stage after the break up (even me). SO U R NOT CHOPPED U R NOT A LOSER!!! how can u hate urself because of something ridicules like that! u worth more!

2- if u r saying that because u didn't pull any person/got rejected. THERE ARE 8 BILLION PPL ON THIS PLANET! there is nothing called "coincidence". There is something called "FATE"! maybe its no good for u with that one person! sure u will find better u can't be single forever

3-if u r a teenager (like me ahem) u r still young, its not a MUST to be in a relationship. and seeing everyone getting into a relationship is NORMAL, just ignore them and try to distract urself with anything u like to do or hobbies

4- if u r trying to move on just remember that ITS NORMAL TO CRY AND GET SAD!! but don't overreact and effect ur mental health, u worthy and just think about. U have a lot of ppl around u that loves u and care act u

even if u didn't notice u r loved from someone there behind the shadows

Just focus on urself and love urself first before thinking abt anyone else
