Manga Review Series: Episode 1 - RaW Hero

Raw Hero opens with Chiaki, feeling hopeless and like a failure as he tries to take care of his brothers after their parents' deaths. He has one last chance to make an interview to finally get a job, but his apparent hero complex takes over and leads into a series of events that take him into the world of dangerous espionage.

The cast of characters is small but diverse and the art is some of the best I've ever seen. What really hooks you is the tense dark.humor, but be forewarned, most of this brings out extremely sexualized situations.

The series itsself is for adults and stars adults and that's what appealed to me. To be honest, the side story between the double lives that plays with the romance genre is one of the things that keeps me interested as I have my hunches about certain characters being certain other characters, as if the main character was the only one living a double life.
