Originality?

What exactly does it mean to be original? Like- when can you tell ur being original? A genuine question btw, not trying to be ‘deep’ or anything, but I’ve been thinking about it. Because all words, actions, and even thoughts could’ve been/were had by someone else 

And with that, is there a point in being afraid of being unoriginal?
