TV Review Series: Episode 2 - Raised by Wolves

Raise by Wolves:

Raised by Wolves is a scifi dystopian epic that you never see coming. You follow a simple premise that the world has ended, two androids have come to a new inhabitable planet, and their mission is to start humankind anew. A simple trailer watch and not even twenty minutes into the first episode we see how much more complicated it really all is than is seems.

The cast starts small but as they expand on the history of what led to them being there we are introduced to other main characters. Those from a ship of believers in a God called Sol. Faith, coincidence, and things that can not be explained, at least right now, compel you to keep watching to figure out who may be right, the believers or the nonbelievers.

In terms of story, its unusual, but not bad. The show itself sets it apart from others by having exceptional scifi technology whilst also being stuck in a seemingly prehistoric world where technology at it's best can no longer help you. At the end of the day, the over arching theme finds a way to root its head every so often, asking, what would you do to survive? What would you sacrifice?
