chippy's media consumption report, volume 1 issue 1 - 12/8

I believe this is the first live record by Ministry. It wasn't very good but it wasn't bad either. I probably won't revisit this one. I think on this one they did overdubs which I'm not a fan of on live records. 6/10

The wonderful final studio album from Galaxie 500. I think this record is overshadowed by their other two studio albums Today and On Fire which are also spectacular. The cover of Yoko Ono's Listen, the Snow is Falling is really good. Newbury Comics has their exclusive pressing still available on their site which I am probably going to buy. 9/10

The X-Files - Season 3, Episode 8 "Oubliette"

So far I've loved every episode of this show. This one reminded me how much I hate police departments, unfinished basements, and creepy old men. The emotional depth in this one was great as well and I think Duchovny and the woman who played Lucy were very convincing on screen.
