Traveling

Does anyone else get like this physical weakness for a few days after traveling for a few hundred kilometers? I feel so weird and this doesn't happen every time. I'm a lil weak and dissociated. Also I know people generally feel weird after flying on a plane but I don't travel via plane so idk.
