i just finished both lobcorp/library of ruina like a week ago and ohh my god. ohhh my god holy shit shut up this will be the ONLY thing ill ever talk about.. i genuinely didnt think id be as into this series as i am and i know theres stuff like wonderlab & limbus company but i havent started either yet and just ahh

for those not in the know, lobcorp is a management sim/roguelike technically where u manage a bunch of scp-like creatures called abnormalities. the story is oddly good as hell but is kinda seperated and if ur actually playing the game u need alot of patience to actually see all of it, but all the cutscenes are on youtube!!

library of ruina is a direct sequel to lobcorp (but it explains majority of the story in lobcorp) and is a turn based card game! it heavily expands on the lore hinted in lobcorp and its just. mwah. so good. there are alot more cutscenes in this one and it takes way longer to get through than lobcorp but its so jam packed with new characters and the characters in lobcorp return and are doing better mentally which thank fuck!! and the music in this one goes genuinely insane, i remember i originally got into this series because mili did some songs for it and they went so hard like always

this is such a good series, i love the stories and characters in both of these games SO much, and i highly recommend them (at LEAST watch the full cutscenes of both if ur not into management sims or turn based card games..). i will warn u though theres some body horror in it, the artstyle in lobcorp is much more cartoonish though, and theres a part in library of ruina where they just go fuckin ham on that
