Eu gsI genuinely wish I liked my appearance. My friends say I'm pretty and all, but I don't see any beauty in myself. Am I right or wrong? Sometimes I think they say it out of politeness or something like that,The worst part is my body; I've been going days without eating just so I can get a slightly flat stomach,I don't know if I'm suffering from an eating disorder or something, but it's awful.

i cant stop u but starving urself wont be good for ur body, it'll start shutting down, ur metabolism will weaken and not to scare u but if u go extreme, ur body wont be able to support things like giving strength to nails, hair, teeth so u may lose them or damage because u dont have enough nutrients. bones will be brittler, u will get more sick, ur injuries and stuff like acne and pimples will take longer to heal, and at worst u can have premature aging. And u'll bloat a lot because ur body will retain water (which u need to live so u cant stop consuming). Overall, it'll leave u in a worse state.

If u want to lose weight, check the healthy average for ur height and look at the lower range for that and eat healthier food options. Starving urself is never the answer. But if u have an ed, its hard to get out of even with what I said earlier. if ur going days without eating and ur friends are telling u ur pretty and u cant see it, maybe u should talk to a professional, esp if ur considering it might be an ed urself.

I started eating again because my hair was falling out a lot and my gums were all sore and strange; I was almost completely bald. I didn't want to do that, even though I tried to eat It seems like my body refuses to eat and feel guilty, and thank you for the tips.

Nah, if u wanna get a flat stomach do excercise and eat a balanced meal. Mostly females have a small pouch in their belly which is where the uterus is, but mostly are protective layer on organs.

Sleeping with appropriate time is crucial too, when theres stress and lack of sleep body will go on survival mode and causes weight gain. Get to know ur body, its sad to see ur punishing ur own body just to love ur appearance. Hope u will accept urself someday

I exercise a lot, literally every day. I even try to eat healthy, but my body doesn't cooperate and keeps blaming itself for a simple meal.
