can we normalise AI not taking over everything

I'm sorry. I woke up a few days ago and, the first thing I read is OpenAI wants to buy PINTEREST this year?? Pinterest is literally one of my only safe places to not be judged and also one of the only good platforms left that isn't being taken over by AI slop and  an AI company wants to buy it?? If they buy it, I will literally start crying bc wtf. pinterest is one of my big 3 things and, there is no me without pinterest so, I have no idea what i'm gonna do.
