some thoughts

It’s very easy to say “if only people were more open-minded”, but there’s also the aspect of those that truly do reinforce the stereotypes. Nothing can really be done, other than focus on yourself. I may personally believe that we’re all more complex than simple binaries, and we all might have the potential to be more, but in this current world, in the situations I’m given, I choose a form I find more comfortable. Not just that, but one I feel is more correct for me, of my choosing, and not simply a label and body that was given to me by chance. A label and form I feel safe within.
