rude ass customer

Work yesterday was a nightmare, i had to work in my job's thrift store and this pinhead nancy boy walks up to me and was like "i have a friend who has a friend who works here, and they said they got this china set in" then shoves his phone in my face trying to show me a photo of said "fine china" and to ask if its in the back, (which looked like it was taken in someones house) i didnt know which back because we got 2, (also wtf we're not macys, whatevers in the store is what we got man) and one of them i have no idea how to navigate so i give him what i usually say "you may need to ask someone else" because fun fact; people get hired, like, everyday? And im new so i dont fucking know everything, i dont even work the thrift floor usually i work behind the scenes more. And this 3 chinned bald elf fucking has the nerve to be like "im sure that question was hard for you" ?? why do customers think we know everything?? like im not wasting my shift going on a goose chase with you goddammit. 

I mean i was able to help at least one guy find the belts, but everyone else kept giving me glares when i'd tell them to ask someone else, at least i point to where everyone usually, like i try to be as nice as i can but these cunts just dont care its ridiculous, do these dumbshits realize we're not robots like we're people too and can fuck up?? like i didnt fucking mace you i was just being honest!! its so frustrating.
