left 4 dead better than the last of us?

last of us 1 was nice but it was a really big cliff hanger, and last of us 2 didn't help either. i went back to a classic, i used to play left for dead on xb360 usually being carried by my brother the whole time. upon revisiting the game, its even more fun than i remember. there's pitch black halls lurking with hunters and witches, and packed crowds with boomers left and right, lead spraying everywhere. and the melee is ridiculously fun, i just adore the chainsaw.

don't get me wrong i love the clicker designs the game itself it gorgeous. but i was left wanting more, they needed a sequel and FAILED! left for dead scratches every itch on the first game. honestly i don't think they really needed to do a second game, they got it right the first time, but at least your teammate doesn't canonically bash your head in with a golf club. 

i just wanted to rant :)
