minecraft addon/resource pack help

note: i use the terms mod, resource pack, and addon interchangeably

i saw this while caving and immediately exited minecraft after screenshotting it. does anyone know wtf this is? i have no addons added (this is a 100% vanilla world without mods, minecraft bedrock warns you if you have an addon enabled because it disables achievements)

the only texture packs/addons that don't change the game i have applied are:

- a java item tooltip (basically changes the tooltip to look like java's, very minor resource pack)

- dynamic soundpack (changes nothing except for sounds in the game)

- backpack armor texture/resource pack (also a very minor resource pack, just changes the chestplate into a backpack)

- crops+ texture pack (only changes the appearance of crops and other food items)

- la nature addon + its rain fragment (at first i thought it was the source of that thing appearing since this resource pack adds a lot of new particles not in the base game, but i couldn't find anything in the list of things the mod added. i also looked at the comments in curseforge and none of them mentioned this face appearing)

i may be just stupid and unaware that maybe one of the resource pack added this thing. it's just i wanted to ask the people who know/use the mods above so they can tell me which mod this came from. pls don't be rude, thanks.
