sometimes i feel like nothing is real and i get really dizzy or something, like everything around me is fake and im viewing everything through a screen, its kinda scary and makes me feel like im trapped in some sort of big bubble isolated from everything that's real. and my own body feels like its not mine
it happens alot when its cloudy outside, usually i just take a nap and it goes away.
my room feels like its not mine
it sounds stupid when i type it out but its honestly distressing, like im looking at every thing in VR, for a while it was really bad when i left the psych ward 6 years ago but it doesnt happen that often now, sometimes i feel as if i will close my eyes and i will be somewhere else, but not really
weird feeling i have sometimes is back

Hmm, I imagine it's a disassociative disorder like depersonalization-derealization disorder. Apparently, it's "fairly common" to experience. I've also heard of people who have alike experiences in their dreams where it feels like they're watching a movie. I wonder if those people have any experiences like that in real life or if it's just in their dreams.

It happens to me all the time, I thought I was alone with this?!?!? Its sooooo stressing and even more when you're in a social place where u have to keep a conversation going. I would LOVE to give u a solution but I don't have it T_T
Just replying to tell u that is not stupid at all and it's completely valid.
If u are in medication, keep taking it. If it happens more than usual you should;
1 - talk to psychiatrist, maybe it's a medication that's doing u wrong or it's not enough... Sorry if that's disappointing.
2 - check your eyes, maybe that being "dizzy" is actually an eye problem and the derealization happens when you're forcing yourself to see cause u need glasses/need another type of graduation.
Look at me saying that I don't have a solution for it and then giving a solution.. I'm just that kind of #idiot
