Hello fellas :3 

How is everybody doing today? I'm doing quite nice myself. Recently I wanted to show someone my porcelain clown collection (because whenever I show pictures of them to people they tell me they are creepy >:l ) and so I'm making this post. This list will be updated when I get another clown ( if i remember that is...)

I have no idea on what category to put this in so I'm putting this in "life" and ignoring the issue. If someone wants to help me I'll be glad

ALSO just so you know the post will be going chronologicly (aka from the clown I bought first to my last one) and I will be yapping you cannot stop me ◕⩊◕

I probably should should explain how I got into collecting those distinguished gentlemen and well this one is the reason. It was 2 years ago and I started frequenting this antics shop that was near me. It was mostly for the vintage trinkets that you could occasionally find there but one day when I went there they had a collection of dolls laying around from which one especially caught my attention. It was this fella. And I knew one thing when I saw this fella. It was that I do not care how much will he cost nor do I care for what my boring family will thing if him but this little fuck is going home with me. Better yet since he was 20% off (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠) I named him Lucyn. It's supposed to be a male version of a name Lucyna (although considering the fact that I didn't find anything about existence of this alternative it's fair to say I pulled this out of my ass). He is the biggest out of my collection, being around the size of my chest so he's quite a chonker. He always seems kinda worried about something and I swear I sometimes catch him staring at me as I do stuff in my room, but that's kind of a charming quality of his. Sometimes I boop his nose. He seems to enjoy it. I also use his face as my profile pic :3 because he's cute

ITS WOMBO COMBO TIME!!! This time it's two in one picture mostly because they sit next to each other and I imagine them being a little gay couple (yes this is a pro LGBTQ+ house if you haven't realised that by looking at a porcelain clown post. Seriously what were you thinking?) also before I started writing this I wasn't sure which one I bought first. My sketchbook suggest's that it was Eren (the one on the left, green shirt and a black hat). The one on the right (half red half white hair of which you can barely see the white as it's on the top as well as a red shirt) is named Aaron. I bought both of them around a month after buying Lucyn. I admit I didn't think I would do so at first but over some time they grew on me and I decided that two more couldn't hurt. I imagine Aaron being an adventurer or in other words that one friend in the group chat™  who is exploring the mountain of Montenegro at 3 am on a weekday while Eren is more of a chill one and has a standard eastern European state™ although he's a big softie even if he gets a bit too invested into every game of monopoly 

Okay so by this point you can see it's steadily forming into a passion project. You could say it's getting out of hand but so is my life so idc. This is Ilyas - one of two clowns I bought as a package deal online. One thing I have to note... When I received them they stank of an old attic. I left them close to an open window so it's good now or at least I think so. At this point I don't care. His hat is really funky and I enjoy the shape of it a lot. It's egg shaped (or as a certain fandom would say issue shaped) :3 

Deltarune reference anyone?

Yup it's the other one. Their name is Umar. He looks like a mad scientist I'm not gonna lie. Or like one of those elf figures from USA that you change the position of every day before Christmas to scare the children. I forgot the name. If I ever have friends over at my house long term I will do that with one of them. It would be hilarious. You cannot tell me it wouldn't be. I really should look into some sort of haircare routine for them. I wonder if it would work the same as with Barbie dolls. I gotta research that...

This is Simon. If you're wondering why Simon doesn't look like the other clown I bought it's because I didn't. I got him and Ray (who I will talk about in a second) for my birthday. It was a gift from two of my friends. Apparently Simon is the one that "gave them less creeps". He's outfit is really cool. It's made with some sort of reflective material so it seems more golden and I really like that. I'm not really into plastic heads but this one suits him well.

Here's Ray. They looks really emo and I like that about him a lot. My friends told me that they creeped them enough to put him in another room while sleeping. That being said he sits right next to my bed because the only thing I fear is my friend shitty dating life and that fella is not bringing that energy in. He also has a receding hairline and I'm not about to fear someone who is going bald. They are also kind of pain in the anus to prop right. That being said theirs costume is really funky. The ballerina shoes are a really good fit on them (⁠ㆁ⁠ω⁠ㆁ⁠)

Here comes da boiiii :3 He's name is Arnold and I love him very much. I had my friends vote for the next clown and there was a tie soooooo I chose him. If you're asking yes his bells make sounds and it brings me joy every time. I gave him a photoshoot in a forest once. He looks beautiful with flowers. If you want to see the pictures let me know (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠) I am madly in love with that hat of his. I already talked about the bells but the hat shape in general is just so so so appealing to my brain. I've noticed a lot of porcelain clowns have white hair and I am not sure why. Considering the fact I live in technically eastern but in reality central Europe the cause is probably the USSR. Yummy :3

Here's another one. His name is Honker (it's based on the honking sound a clown's nose would make). I love his purple overalls and his little bright bow. He has wires (or something wire-like in his body) so making him stand is not as hard as if seems. The only thing I can really complain about him is that his hair is only hair in the front and the back is made out of porcelain and painted so he looks like a middle aged man if you look at him from the wrong angle. I'm gonna fix it one day. One day...

AHHHHH LOOK AT THIS CUTIE PATUTIE :3 The name of that silly is Axel. He looks like a strawberry and a cute one at that. He's actually the only clown whose fixed up version I found online. I don't think I like that one though... He looks like he would've steal my soap dispenser and chug that thing raw while mine looks like a sweet little boy (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠) I love him if you haven't noticed yet. He's hat, his collar everything about his outfit the pom-poms and most of all his innocent little face. He's a baby and must be protecting at all cost

I feel like I should disclose for anyone who wants to start collecting something that it (obviously) takes time to form a personalised collection of things. They will vary in size for each person as everyone's lives are different. Just because you don't want to or are unable to have the typical influencer™ collection doesn't make your passion any less valid. Even if it's just one thing it's still a collection and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The most important thing is that you have fun with it.
