but there i go talking business. I had a coffee around 9:30pm last night and stayed up until nearly 4am playing games again. im sedated at work but im till going.
Tiktok's algorithm seems to be pushing more people toward creators they have interacted with based on on sound/ watch time. hashtags were good to start an audience but rely too heavily on pooling people in. they also look ugly, which is why the "more..." button underneath captions is so intriguing. If i use enough dummy/surface level text i can hide heavy-hitting hashtags to boost engagement while routinely posting videos without hashtags so you attract a natural audience that scopes you out.
However, we can only grow on Tiktok for so long. We are going to start our stream on Tiktok sometime this week and have calendars for Tiktok lives. After a week or so we will begin streaming on Twitch with video games and all that, including a link in my bio. it's gonna be messy at first, but once the social media is streamlined things will look better, and brand building from all sections is increasingly helpful.
