What are yalls coping mechs for SH? I recently broke my promise of n o harm, which I never cvt before, I had other ways but it felt alot better cvvting and I need to know what are yalls replacements/distractions bc I dont want it to get bad. Also, I hate that Ik I will only be sad for that period of time and will push it aside/forget abt it in the morning. I hate I resort to it for a short lived moment. Not saying this for attention js genuinely curious.

like you can more socialize or distract of it by hobby or something like this, or you can when you want to cvt yourself you can instead of this draw on yourself, like using a felt-tip pen instead of blade. or you always can go to a therapist and get professional help. and understanding that it is really bad for you, I hope it helped you somehow sweetie :(

personally id pinch myself when i tried to stop / couldnt cvt, it hurts but it def isnt as clear / harmful ^^
at least if you have the urge to feel the pain part
