I like the idea of autogynephilia, but it sucks

I was curious about autogynephilia, I came across the definition and was interested. So I looked up more about it and turns out it was just somw cis guy trying to put a binary on transsexuals. Trying to divide anything relating to gender, or even sex, is silly, nature doesn’t play into your binaries so don’t pretend it does. Also the two categories of transsexualism on the theory was trans women experiencing autogynephilia and then trans women who’ve felt innately that they were a girl since birth… which is just so clear cut. And WRONG, I feel transness is almost always a mix of both.

Honestly, a lot of trans people seem to have different reasons / understandings, and some are more primary to a group than others... Like, as much as I don't like autogynephilia as an idea, since it was created to hurt trans women, it does appear that there are a minority of trans women who do consider themselves to be autogynephiles. The inverse applies to trans men, who sometimes have autoandrophilia. (It's also worth mentioning that there are studies that have found that cis people also have things like autogynephilia, as its defined.)

And a lot of trans people these days don't really like the "stuck/born in wrong body" narrative per se. It's helpful, but not always accurate. Some people seem to experience it a lot like that, but not everyone... I myself don't really feel like autogynephilia or "wrong body" totally explain my dysphoria, not even as a combination.
