Dual cassette player endeavor

I'm really not the expert with these things, but I took apart a cassette player/recorder today to figure out what was wrong with it. I think the whole process going along with the maintenance manual took me like three hours to find the wheel things that were missing drive belts. Here's hoping that's the only problem, but I'm pretty sure there's enough info on these schematics for me to build a whole new board if I really needed -- let's not think about finding the right discontinued parts to do something like that...
