conducted OSINT on myself

dunno who to tell, where to tell this cuz i found cool stuff when i actually did this and i advise you to do the same
i have this friend, and she has been hacked
first, the hacker has got into her instagram, but was opt out cuz she got the notification. Later, it was 1-2 other social medias (they have different passwords), and finally... this person (they are probably the same person) accessed her google, and she got no notification ab her passwords being leaked online
i'm still not sure if this person knew her, or got her accs with the help of the usual username she goes by, but anyway, this is not the main topic :P
later i started to be sus ab myself: what if the same thing happens to me?

when i searched some of the usernames i go by, the results were normal: nothing were indicating me.
but when i used the most infamous one - oh God.
i wont share anything in full details, but take this as an awareness post
try to monitor the searches associated to ur handles on browsers, cuz they can indeed do harm to you
i have seen some people, especially stalkers (one of my exes) literally doing this and when u say smth randomly they are like "yea, ik it"
but ur sure that u have NEVER said it
