Yeah, parents know that shit before you do (if they ain't complete idiots). They saw you grow up and heard all the shit you said when you were a kid and had no filter.
And your gender/sexuality has already set at the age of 3. So you have probably already told her several times and just didn't notice/ don't remember.

Hello! I recommend that you come out to her first. I think that, as she must have already realized, she may have already accepted it. Just like my mother, who already knew that I wasn't completely straight. :3
