Frankenstein
So I just finished Frankenstein, and I still don't know if I've truly finished the book or if it's the book that has finished me. How can anyone say he was a baby and abandoned his own creation? Many say Frankenstein was the monster, but that's not entirely true. The monster represents the human part that chooses to make others suffer. Both committed crimes, but only one had the opportunity to make things better, and he chose not to. In the end, the creature desired only the love of its creator, and when he dies, it is devastated. It is annihilated because it always yearned for that love, like a child desperately wanting to be loved by its parents.

i am kinda late to your blog but since it is an interesting topic-
yeah! i totally agree with you. this book has so many layers to its characters it is incredible. honestly, i hated Victor at the end, he created his own disgrace – all due to his ambitious nature. and what about the poor creature, who had to live without even a purpose.
Exacly ! Like the author said it herself the creature is just a baby, my heart really aches because of this book. It's a master piece !
