My favorite cds from my collection!!

 MISADVENTURES – PEIRCE THE VEIL

Genuinely my #1 10/10 album. No skips got it recently, it took very long in the mail but it was worth it. A friend from middle school introduced me to peirce the veil so all of their music is very sentimental to me. I really like "Gold metal ribbon" its a very special song for me because it reminds me of a friend I had who passed. We weren't that good of friends, but she was there for me on that first day of middle school when I was all alone and showed me that things would end out alright. "Song for the other Isabelle" is also up there for me reminds me of a friend I have, the guitar is addicting how could you NOT like this album? Also Bedless is up their it reminds me so much of Theo decker and boris pavloski, if you haven't read the goldfinch do it NOWWW

THREE CHEERS FOR SWEET REVENGE-MCR

One of my favorites as well, the same friend got it for my birthday even though I had missed theirs earlier this year. This is one of my favorite albums because of the storyline and just how it sounds in general its such a visceral feeling whenever I listen to any of the songs off of here. TEN OUT OF TEN ASWELL!! People don't talk about ray toros guitar enough. He deserves much more credit; Genuinely making me want to pick one up. "The jetset life" and "prison" are my favorites. Then storytelling is outstanding and the way gerard personifies addiction as something so controlling and something that takes everything from you. Prison is really good aswell. Honestly that song encapsulates the entire album perfectly for me, the desperation, the gayness, bert mccracken. Basically just all of it in general.

INFINITY ON HIGH - FALL OUT BOY

OH MY GOD THIS ALBUM IS SO GOOD. I know that's sort of redundant at this poiny but pete wentz' lyrcisim?? Holy shit. Carpel tunnel of love is so underrated. It's so good that i don't have it on my mp3 player because I'm scared ill over play it and hate it. I'm telling you if I used Spotify that shit would be my most played song of the year. I'd have at LEAST 60 streams. Special shout out to the photobook i didn't know it came with one and was very excited to see Andy Hurley and patrick (ofc) they're both so damn cute. The only thing i wasn't that happy about was that tracks like "ginasfs" or "its hard to say I do when I dont" weren't on it genuinely 2 of my favorite tracks.

BELIVERS NEVER DIE - FALL OUT BOY

I was extremely excited when seeing this in the Barnes and nobles, I looked at the tracklist and was legit awestruck! I didn't even know this album existed!! It's basically a mix of their songs pre hiatus (?) Right after folie a deux i want to say, anyways, they have songs from take this to your grave i almost exploded. Also tracks from futct basically their most popular songs lol even dance dance is up there. A few singles that I really liked too ive been listening to that Christmas song for days now My only skip id say is "what a catch Donnie" DO NOT BURN ME AT THE STEAK. I genuinely cannot deal with it its such a lame ballad that's trying to be inspirational. It's just a very forgettable song for me.

69 LOVE SONGS - THE MAGNETIC FEILDS

When I walked into that cd store and saw this I was in awe. This is one of my early cds I got. I wish I had got the pack though I only have the 1st cd. This band got really popular off of tiktok off that one gay song they made and I was lowk surprised. My favorite song off of this album is definitely "reno Dakota" its so simple and catchy. I'm sure there's more but I can't recall. I also find myself singing "luckiest guy on the lower east side" whenever I'm downtown its legit subconscious ive like conditioned myself. Also "i don't want to get over you" reminds me of moonstruck by Penelope Scott. You don't really see artists discussing that exact feeling of whenever talking about a breakup and I really like how he explores that emotion in this song

COLLEGE DROP OUT - KANYE WEST

How could you not like this album. My friend found this in the store when we were about to leave and it was only like 6 dollars I could've kissed him on his mouth for how good of a find this was. The tracklist on the back was real hard to read cuz its like in a circle, there's no way you could hate this album kanye west was a lyrical genius. My mom really likes this too its honestly a classic and the concept is awesome. My favorite track is "spaceship" holy shit dude its so catchy, the sample??? The flow??? Bro this shit is FIRE I can't even put into words how like good it is. I've never even had a JOB and I relate to it!!! Kanye was legit a lyrical genius

PINKERTON- WEEZER

This is a really good album, ive never even listened to weezer before, maybe like once in middle school but that's it, I picked this out cuz my friend showed me "the good life" while we were in the store and WHEN I TELL YOU I ALMOST CAME IN MY PANTS BECAUSE OF THAT SONG?? I MEAN IT. This song describes me as a person, except I don't have sex so I'm ACTUALLY a loser. "Across the sea" has gotten popular on tiktok recently and honestly I see why; it encapsulates obsession in its purest form i love the way Cuomo conveyed that feeling of being so depraved for a relationship that you cling onto any form of affection thrown at you. The only thing i HATE about this cd is that it doesn't come with a damn lyric book. I PAYED FULL PRICE AND ALL I GET IS A PICTURE? DAMN YOU RIVERS CUOMO.

THE BLACK PARADE -MCR

this originally wasn't gonna be up here, it was my first ever cd that I bought with my own money. At that time I had only heard danger days and three Cheers and expected the same thing. I'm gonna be honest — I didn't really like this album. First listen? It just sounded flat and muddy i felt like it wasn't for me because I didn't relate to it whatsoever, also the fact that it sounded totally different from their other albums and everything, But I'm glad to say (after a few thousand listens) its grown on me. I really enjoy what they did on house of wolves and my only skips are "the end" and "welcome to the black parade" im so sorry but I cannot handle that song at all. It's just so ear grating. Personally I feel like its just very cringe and cliché the metaphors just feel bland. Also I  just don't like the original album cover so I switched it to the back, wish I coukd figure out how to add photos

WARPED TOUR 2003

I really enjoy this mixtape this, is the cd that REALLY inspired me to get into collecting. I saw "the used" on there and immediately picked it up. I have a lot of favorite tracks off of here so I don't think I'd be able to get through it without being redundant but "mu empire" and "20 going on..." are my top. I listened to these songs religiously on repeat my brother was so annoyed with me. The girl who sings on the track her voice is just so pretty. The case is gone for so im hoping to get a new one to keep it preserved. I dont really listen to stage 2 like that personally. I'd probably like it if I listened to it more to be fair, looking forward on finding 2005 im pretty sure the academy is.., fall out boy, and mcr are on that one!

Anyways, i ordered the smiths "meat is murder" and ill do a review of that one and maybe a few others, I am betting on "in love an death" on ebay right now and if anyone bids higher than me I'm going to combust. Is this what gamblers feel like???? I love that album i NEED ITTT.
