Technique For Reteaching Myself! ‧₊˚♪ 𝄞₊˚⊹

Recently I was scrolling on TikTok and came across this girl telling me about a LIFECHANGING METHOD.

She basically explained how when we are in higher grades of school (middle school and highschool), lots of students feel as if they just physically CANNOT understand the material no matter how hard they try. She went on to say that we learn the basics of a subject in like kindergarten-fifth grade, right? Well..what happens if you phase out and don't learn anything for one school year? You miss all the knowledge that grade would've given you. Think of it like this, each grade gives you more and more knowledge, as if each grade is a building block. Kindergarten is the first block, first grade the second block, and you go from there. If you're missing, say, the sixth block (5th grade), of course you wouldn't be able to add anymore building blocks, you're missing one! What I'm trynna say is, start learning the subject you're struggling in, but teach yourself the building block your missing. If you didn't learn much in sixth grade, start with that! Look up some videos on YT, do some worksheets or whatever and relearn it from there! The video explained it better but hopefully this makes sense <3
