Could someone give me some advice?

This is kinda gossip related, and it’s about my ex friend. 

So basically I came across a post she made, “since my ex bf’s new girlfriend wants to view my profile so bad everyone say hi [name]” (the post is now private)

And the thing is- she kinda just won’t leave her ex boyfriend alone- knowing that he has someone else.

Now she’s talking bad about the new girlfriend and won’t leave her, nor her ex alone. And I feel so bad because she had to understand the he has someone new. And also- I don’t even know this girl!!1!1!!!

I’m not sure if I should intervene or not- does anyone have advice they have?…I could really use some help! ;-;
