Losing my native language

The first language I ever spoke was Spanish. But after entering school I began to lose it. now I’m struggling to even speak it.

 It’s very frustrating knowing I used to be able to communicate so easily with my parents, but now I struggle to get my point across. Having to jumble my words from English to Spanish hoping my parents understand what I mean. This wouldn’t be a problem but my parents don’t really understand english (aside from my dad that has a bigger understanding than my mom) 

My Spanish isn’t as bad as my sisters but it’s still isn’t that good. I can read,write, and speak it but still struggle. I’m very slow at reading Spanish compared to English and my grammar sucks.

It’s a very sad thing to lose the language that you ever spoke to begin with.
