Hey everyone! 👋
Today I want to share something that’ll probably make most of you think I’ve lost my mind, but honestly, it has completely changed my life. I’ve decided to ditch the salads, the grains, and the fruit to move over to the dark (and delicious) side: The Carnivore Diet. Yes, you read that right. My diet basically consists of:
- 🥩 Ribeye & Steaks (my primary fuel)
- 🍳 Eggs (liquid gold)
- 🥓 Bacon (because life is short)
- 🧈 Butter and Salt
🚫 Why am I doing this? (Goodbye "Normal")
We’re constantly brainwashed into thinking we need 5 servings of veggies a day, but I just felt bloated, tired, and stuck in a brain fog. I decided to experiment, and the results have been insane:
- Infinite Energy: No more 4 PM crashes after eating a bowl of pasta.
- Bye-bye Inflammation: My skin is clearer than ever and my digestion is... perfect (believe it or not).
- Mental Clarity: I feel sharp and focused, like my brain finally got the fat it was craving to function.
🧐 "But... aren't you going to die?"
That’s the #1 question I get in the comments. The truth is, humans evolved eating meat. By cutting out ultra-processed junk and sugar, my body is thanking me every single day.
Note: I’m not saying everyone has to do this, but it’s working wonders for me! 🤘
