Hii! I Hope you all have much Plans for this year! But lets Talk about how you can actually do everything you want to. So First Thing to know IS that habbits Change way more than simply Motivation. That means you should try to make a Routine what you do so IT Just becomes normal for you. Over time the hardest exercises will becomes easier. Secound: when you have a Goal then You shouldn't Work alone for IT. So find some people that have a simular Goal and motivate each other. You can also Just ASK your Friends even If you have different Goals. And actually thats it. You shouldn't plan every day of the Next year when you didn't do that bevore because that could make it stressful.
