Weight Loss Milestone

I've been grinding with a weight loss journey since early November. I started out as 223 pounds as of my last hospital visit (late October). I decided to get a scale in December to track my weight loss progress. Of course, last week I hit my big milestone and am officially out of the 200's weight class. As of yesterday morning, I'm down to 196.6 pounds and I'm still going. Not to mention: I exercised again today after a two week break and noticed an increase in my stamina. Was able to walk at a faster pace for a longer amount of time.

I'll be down to 170 before I know it and will no longer be labeled as "overweight" or even "chunky". And unlike weak people, I didn't stop after the big milestone or "reward" myself with junk food and sugary soda. Instead, I kept going and am not falling for any tricks. I'll eat something fatty once I'm completely slimmed down.
