Scary noises outside at night

dude... there's always some weird sounds coming from outside. My bedroom used to be the dinning room but then my father seperated the area now it's just a room full of my moms stuff the only thing I have that's here is my bed and das it but since it was part of the dinning room there's a door and two windows here. super scary if you ask me. I'm a paranoid freak so whenever I hear sounds I genuenly get scared I cant move. Last time I was downloading music from my moms latop at like 1am and there was like knocking that I heard from afar and I like so damn scared the sound was like coming close and by like the third time the knocking was litteraly in the door my face turned so damn pale I rushed to my bed turned off the TV and covered myself with anything from the bed holy smokes I HOPE that nevers happens again. When my mom clears out her stuff Im gonna ask my father to remove the door and windows LOL....(*￣０￣)ノ
