im spamming here for a while (got more accounts) and still no one who would understand me im not asking for that im just somehow still convincing myself that someone might be here but even tho its helping me to kill time :)
blogging here is a hopeless hope

What do you expect? I don't know what kind of blogs u wrote in your other accs but judging from your two blogs here: You definitely need help and cancelling therapy isn't bringing you further.
im glad you care but im just so fucking tired most of the time and once for a while there’s this random moment at 3AM doing all these impulsive decisions i cant deal with after ik its my fault but yea thanks

I understand. I know this impulsive thoughts you're talking about. Not being able to control them. But try to break the cycle because otherwise it repeats without an end. It's up to you and your will to change.
If you're tired: do very small steps. Every tiny step matters. Once a day. Maybe just two minutes. Every action matters.
Idk if you cancelled therapy on your own or the therapist but:
For day one: Turn on the PC/Laptop. That's it.
Day two: Google :"Therapy in XY city". Don't click on any link just set a bookmark.
Day three: Click on a link. Write the adress down. Done.
Continue for several days.
Then:
Day XY: Open a word document. Start with: "Hello." That's it.
And so on.
I hope you get the idea. Don't set one big goal. Make it into tiny little pieces as if someome would have asked you to tear a newspaper apart in the smallest pieces you can.
