How to get rid of a guy in a week

Every time he tries in vain to start a conversation about love, say something like: "I feel like we don't have much time before the end of the world."

2DAY.Find a woman

For him, of course. Although, if finding a woman and moving in with her is an option for you, then why not?

Send him messages periodically like: I know what you did, and then don’t remember it as if you didn’t do it

6DAY.Husband

Tell him that you actually have a husband in California and he will be visiting you very soon.

7DAY. Operation Ghost

 Pretend you don't see him. Walk around the apartment in his presence, pretending to scratch your head and asking, "Where did he go?" Then call him on his cell phone, and if he decides to answer, hang up with a short, "No answer." Maybe he'll get tired of all this and decide to find himself a new passion.
