i have to make one presentation for computer science class. i usally have panic attacks before presenting something. the teacher we have gives me kinda scary vibes. i have to finish the presentation during this christmas/winter break which sucks. it's very hard and he literally gave NO instructions how to do it and expected the slow me to understand. i have a lot of panic attacks before his classes. i know i sound pathetic or just oversensetive but whenever i have to present something, i feel like throwing up, my heart hurts, i shake and breath fast. it's like a panic attack. no teachers pay mind to that expcet for my computer science teacher from last grade. i miss her. she told me it's okay to stop presenting (i have presentation about winter war cause i am bit of a history nerd, nerd in general, i get made fun off :( i hate people at my school) mid presentation cause i was literally shaking ans stuttering more than usally. i really really miss her. i did not see her in while. i developed problems and bad habbits just cause of this school. ofcourse i know i am oversensetive. a lot of other people go through this and are fine. i just can't get my shit together. i hate myself :( (kinda edgy post i am sorry. also i have to finish the presentation in 10 days help)
ps: he allowed people to use AI, i am very anti-AI

thank you! the teacher actually forgot about my existence and i did not have to present and he gave me the grade after i had send him the project. so happy ending after all :)

same, i wouldnt call them full blown panic attacs, but i do panic before each presentation i do have to do, i always end up just presenting only for the teacher or i focus on one specific student, doesn't rly help that much but its a bit better

thank you. it's actually a topic about something i did not even know existed 3 it's this hiking trail, i don't even like hiking! i went to some hikes (from school cause it was mandatory) and i almost fainted few times and got laughet at by few. but at least my father is helping me with the project, and i also got my PC back just cause of this so it got it's benefits :)
