A rant about surveying system in my country

I HATE when there's some serious shit happening around and then those nongovernmental organisations come up to you pulling up some FBI questionaire on you, making it up as some "survey".

For example: Here we got cases of bullying and abuse being way higher, and instead of government trying to actually fix the system, they sent some NGO to my school to make us fulfill some survey shit. The question list went on from our personal information, parental info, if we had drugs, what was the dealer, if we're alcoholic, whats our credit card information, SSN, if we commited a crime (and if we did then would we "admit" it) bla bla bla, bunch of bullshit.

Like ehh when will they fix the societal issues for once..
