Do I belong here?

Heyo friends! Was stoked to find out this place existed but now I'm feeling weird about it. Where's all the elder emos? I know I probably sound like "old person yells at clouds" but I lived this. I'm 28 and I fully lived through all of it. There are so many minors on here it feels like I shouldn't be here. Like don't get me wrong keep being amazing and keep our culture alive. It truly warms my heart to see you all thriving and evolving. Growing up I didn't know I was trans. I had thoughts but just didn't have the vocabulary or space to figure it all out. So being an "emo boy" at the time was how I expressed my more fem side and I will always appreciate the people who helped me become the person I am today. I thought this was a place where that depressed kid who didn't know he was a girl could be herself. And maybe it is, maybe I'm overthinking all of this but fvck I feel weird. Everytime I see a notif of someone sending a request and I get excited for a sec and it just turns out to be a minor or some creep asking for "pics". I guess to be fair it has really only been a day since Ive made my account so I'll give it a bit more time. Sorry for the rant and emotions. But thank you if you made it this far anyway! Luv u!!!!
