I met a girl…

Well, I met this girl at my school and I really like her but her parents kinda hate me.. I find her really pretty and I love everything about her but I also can’t tell if she likes me back cause she’s always happy to see me but maybe she’s just like that with friends… I need advice for how to ask her out or if I should just give up
