ive been softening up

unlike me

I've been more kind

unlike me

I care

unlike me

I love

unlike me

I wonder why I'm like this?

maybe in the end someone will ruin it

or maybe 

it'll be the same

the care and love 

that I felt

when I met

you

you pull on my heavy cold heart

every string you tug

the more it burns

you make me feel so warm

yet your touch is so far away

as much as I hate it

I covet for you

I miss you

and I hate it
