Why We Lose Connection

Nowadays, people don’t talk with each other. Really.

I have read a blog about that (I forgot whose it was, sorry). They said that these days people can’t have conversations, like they don’t care or they run out of topics (??). I don’t think it’s about topics or interests, because there are a lot of people talking with bots for hours. And what I think is that we are scared of being judged. Social media brought us together, but also everyone is judging everyone there. I mean, I see a cute video, and I open the comment section and BOOM: “you’re not even beautiful,” “just trying to draw attention,” etc. Like, why???? Why are people so judgmental??? And they are not like this in real life. It is the interesting point. Then why do we keep roasting each other on social media?

 Yeah, so we can’t talk about what we truly feel just because of this. And most people feel safer with bots, I guess… I don’t know how we can make it better, but really, people don’t want to open up, and it’s concerning.
