i think my EX is secretly texting me..

this guy (who I think is my ex) started talking to me yesterday, at first he made me a bit uncomfortable saying weird things, but the way he texts is just like my ex, he looks similar to him but i couldnt really tell bcuz he had a filter, and he somehow knew what some of my favorite things are. Theres so much more but Could i be wrong or am i just oblivious..
