Does any1 have tips on how 2 stay alternative dress wise (specifically emo, punk, and 2000s older brother core) during the winter?? Im a chronic overdresser and I like 2 b extra with my.outfits but its super hard to do when its consistently 20 degrees out :/

Find one nice coat you think looks really cool. Mine's all brown and I found a fuggler that matches and he's clipped to the pocket of my coat :)
For the styles you mentioned I'd recommend big baggy pants to fit the vibe no matter what you wear. The nice thing about baggy pants is you have space to wear something under it (leggings, thin sweats, ect) to stay extra warm.
Also finding some beanies you like or cool shoes would help since that's some of the stuff that would actually be visible even if you're really bundled up. Bonus points if you have visible piercings too
