Ai is making us dumb

Ai is everywhere now and you hardly find people that don't use ai in one form or the other though it makes life more easier. Now you get an answer with a click on a button which makes it some much easier than it has been for the past generation but now we're less likely to think or use our brains to critically think. 

Still AI isn't really the problem but it's how we use it. If we rely on ai for everything, we lose our skills but if we use it as a helper and not a crutch.

It can actually help us think better
