Looks cool! You ever thought of linux? It's not as difficult as most people make it seem, and trust me, you would love the amount of customization you have there! I recommend you linux mint!

How do u add the characters onto the desktop? Or are they apart of the background?

Hiyaa!! The mascots on my desktop are called ukagakas, you can search them up on yt for tutorials on how to install them, but if you have any questions about these feel free to ask me!! ^_^ the reason it looks vintage is prolly because of the taskbar too!! I use the program Retrobar to make my taskbar look vintage!! Hope this helps (*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)
