vampires drink humans blood n stuff but are they able to drink one another? In some media they can and in others they can't. would it be like a human eating another? gross?

i think from my own knowledge, because vampires are undead, their heartbeat obviously already doesn't work (which explains their pale skin in most media). that means their blood moves a lot slower than usual. their undead blood carries all that old iron, hermoglobin, whatnot, and makes their blood a lot less fresh.

that means they can physically drink their blood, but it does absolutely nothing for them compared to regular human blood

the vampire requires the blood of another living creature to sustain itself. as vampires are undead themselves, the amount of sustenance gained when feeding - even from a vampire who has recently fed themselves - is negligible.
