I Don’t know where to start

I’ve been playing music for years now and I still don’t know where to start, I want to form a band but no one in my area like my music and I’m too young to move so now I’m lost, I just want to express my feeling about the world and my feelings about myself to everyone who wants to hear but I don’t know, it’s not that im bad at making music( though im also not good)  it’s just I don’t know how to distribute my thoughts. I have no connections, no one to play with. But yeah im done ranting on ✌️🥹
