walmart vinyls suck

so i've bought about five vinyls from walmart at this point, and each one has either had horrible skipping on certain songs or there is one song that just keeps repeating in a certain section.

why does walmart have such poor quality vinyls? i understand they are used but... i've bought other used vinyls before and they've NEVER come close to being walmart quality. it's really interesting to me how that math works.
