fairly suspicious that i've had some kind of spell placed on me. recently rejected a friend of mine, and ever since have been obsessing over them. something supernatural must be at play, this isn't NORMAL.
this must just be the processing period, it'll end and i'll never have to think about it again.
i'm being thoroughly tormented, catching myself daydreaming about holding hands with them, of all things (??).
if anyone knows any banishing spells, hmu ! this needs to end IMMEDIATELY.

witch baths ! literally cleanse yourself. im a practitioner of 7 years now so let me just teach you something easy.
Normal amount of eucalyptus epsom salt (if not, other epsom salt but try to do it w eucalyptus if u can) you would usually put in your bath if ur not allergic or anything,
Couple drops of mint or peppermint oil in the bath with warm enough water, but dont burn yourself.
And you can either burn cloves in a fire safe bowl or just a stick of incense. i reccomend letting the incense/cloves go for the duration of the bath but dont force if ur breathing not great, i have asthma so sometimes I gotta cut the scent short.
You can and should have a small tealight candle lit for the duration of it as well. light it before you start the water, add the bath salt and drops of oil, burn the cloves/choice of incense, then you just need to chill and perhaps visualize or think about anything ill or profane washing off you and how you'll feel when you do. think of it like a baptism of sorts, so you need to soak head to toe. you can take a regular shower after if u want or when you're finished all you need to do is put out the candle.
looking after your mental health is important too, so be sure you have a healthy daily routine or something like that. you belong to yourself.
