i've seen a lot of people blogging, commenting and added me to friends, but no one texted me, is it weird? or is it like that here? i remember chatting with people on myspace.

That's probably because it's still a relatively small community. I can't speak for other people, but I usually open up spacehey once or twice a day, look through recent blogs and reply to any messages. Though I really hope this community will grow bigger and more lively!
