I hate printers

Tell me why I'm trying to print tabloid double sided and the work printer is REFUSING to print it. I've tried literally everything, every setting is on tabloid and double sided. If I get it on tabloid, its not double sided, if its double sided, its letter. Not even my tech-savvy boyfriend would be able to get this pos printer to do it if he was here. I want to throw this big ahh printer on the street and have it get run over. My boss is texting me it HAS to be double sided tabloid but SORRY! What am I supposed to do?? Bend over backwards and start printing it from my ass?? I can try on her desk but idk if she'd like the paper I'd print out. So I just did double sided letter and people can deal with it.
