discord server for cool spacehey people!

another blog so soon you say? myo frequently posting? and then you ask me if this blog is the london blog, to which i say it infact isn't...whoops!

this blog exists solely to advertise the discord server i own with the lovely, cool fish! let's focus on my role in this though! (cough i did all the hard coding cough). fish was lovely and did all of the beautiful decorations, but i am the person you should come to for questions about the server! this server is a bit of my tech baby (excluding my spacehey and my eventually finished neocities page), and i want to share that baby with you all!

as much as it is a server about spacehey, it's really a server for us to make friends. fish and i love meeting new, like-minded people, and we love finding new and cool profiles!

we want this server to get more people! we want more active users, and we want more connections with interesting people on this site! i often feel as if those i add end up lost in a void, i used to message each person i added, but the conversations seemed to go nowhere. spacehey is horrible for notifications, and for desktop users like me, we have to actively make effort to be here. i want those in my friends list (and those who are not) to feel close to me, and become friends with me!

i especially have certain people in mind who id like to interact with more, and having a discord server gives us that opportunity!

this server has a lot of options, we want there to be something for everyone! we even have a channel for you to suggest things! mainly though we have watch nights for both merlin and pingu, and we play ponytown! (and hopefully we will play werewolf soon) :P and hopefully we will also play more games with each other, like terraria, roblox, and supermarket together!

woo you made it to the bottom!! we super promise this is not like other servers, although the server might seem large (we have like...60 members?), i promise you that we are active in our community. fish and i personally talk in chat. and although it is a large community, we are looking for more active members, and we promise that talking with us is not scary at all, we will try to make sure you're not spoken over and that our community gives you their attention (when we're not busy of course). we even have roles for pinging others just incase the chat runs dry or you need help with something!

i hear you saying though, "myo, if this server is open to everyone, what happens when bad people join?" and to that i say, we have decently strict rules (which i will list below,) and we have a verification system, where we frequently decline people or question them. we even look through peoples spacehey profiles and take into consideration how rude they were during the verification process. and although it makes us a little slower at verifying, it ensures our community is small and good. do not feel fear when you look at the verification, if you are a good person you will be fine :) super promise!!

please also look at fish or i's profiles to understand the type of people we are before joining! please note we are queer, trans, woke people and we have a server full of those people (and furries!) so if you feel that you do not like one or more of those things, do not join. we will not change for you, nor will we allow bigotry.
